About Henk

I'm not a chef. Just someone who stood in front of an empty fridge too many times.

When gluten and nightshades had to come off the menu at our house, I froze up at first. Almost every recipe I knew was suddenly out. We ate the same thing for weeks on end.

So I got to work. In my own kitchen, on the counter, with a notebook. Two weeks of recipes that actually work, that actually taste great, and that don't leave anyone at the table feeling like they're missing out. That's what became this planner.
